Butter Garlic Roasted Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon Fish Fillets with Skin – 2 Pcs
  • Black Pepper Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala – 4 tbsp
  • Paprika Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Chaat Masala – 1 tbsp
  • Oil for heating the Pan – 4 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic – 7 to 8 cloves
  • Butter – 5 tbsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp

Cooking Instructions

Step 1:
Make deep cuts on the skin side of the salmon fillet. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garam masala, paprika, and chaat masala evenly on the both sides.
Step 2:
Heat a pan with oil over medium heat. Place the fillets skin-side down and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip the fillets carefully and cook the other side for another 3 minutes.
Step 3:
Add butter to the pan and allow it to melt, Add chopped garlic pieces and sauté until aromatic.
Step 4:
Tilt the pan slightly to collect the melted butter and spoon the garlic butter continuously over the salmon fillets. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes while basting the fillets.
Step 5:
Sprinkle fresh lemon juice over the salmon. Finish by topping with oregano, parsley, and chopped coriander leaves for garnish.

Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables for a complete continental-style meal.
