Lemon Chilli Prawn Toss

Ingredients

  • 250 g Avanti Delights Ready to Cook prawns
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed garlic, optional
  • Fresh coriander or parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Thaw the prawns and pat them dry completely.
  2. Heat olive oil in a wide pan over medium heat.
  3. Add prawns in a single layer and cook undisturbed for one minute.
  4. Sprinkle chilli flakes, lemon zest, and salt.
  5. Flip the prawns and cook for another 2 minutes until just done.
  6. Finish with lemon juice, toss lightly, garnish, and serve warm.
