Lemon Chilli Prawn Toss
Ingredients
- 250 g Avanti Delights Ready to Cook prawns
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt to taste
- Crushed garlic, optional
- Fresh coriander or parsley for garnish
Method
- Thaw the prawns and pat them dry completely.
- Heat olive oil in a wide pan over medium heat.
- Add prawns in a single layer and cook undisturbed for one minute.
- Sprinkle chilli flakes, lemon zest, and salt.
- Flip the prawns and cook for another 2 minutes until just done.
- Finish with lemon juice, toss lightly, garnish, and serve warm.
