Garlic Butter Grilled Prawns
Ingredients
- 250 g Avanti Delights Ready to Cook prawns
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Juice of half a lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Method
- Thaw the prawns completely and pat them dry.
- Melt butter in a pan and add garlic. Sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Add prawns, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or pan-cook on medium heat, turning once, until prawns turn opaque.
- Finish with lemon juice and parsley. Serve hot.
