Garlic Butter Grilled Prawns

Ingredients

  • 250 g Avanti Delights Ready to Cook prawns
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Method

  1. Thaw the prawns completely and pat them dry.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and add garlic. Sauté briefly until fragrant.
  3. Add prawns, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grill or pan-cook on medium heat, turning once, until prawns turn opaque.
  5. Finish with lemon juice and parsley. Serve hot.
